Houses

There seem to be a few confusions.. So here is my first point for old members:

PM me or Elle with you old house and position if any as soon as you can!

Secondly, people have been asking:

Where are the common rooms? Have they been set up?

The answer: Yes.

When you are sorted into your house, you will be able to see that house's common room ONLY.

This stops password sharing and other dilemmas such as lost or forgotten passwords.

Any questions on the subject? Post ...

Notice that Google ad reel at the top there?

Ads are no fun, but guess what this means?

Guess..

Go on..

Ok fine.. gosh. >_> (Fucken..... lame................. members.....)

It means that our forums are really active, and Google has decided to advertise here, it's an honour if I ever saw one because with these ads at the top here, Google will push us up on the search results, so we can be searched easier, like if someone was to type "Harry Potter Forum" ...

It's true, Elle is taking a little Bookshelf hiatus to work out some issues in her life.

She claims that she will peel in every now and again, but in the meantime, the Wizengamot will take over accepting or denying OWLs.

Sorry for the inconveniences and I will start up and few competitions and I will soon finish the new main site and this site will be active!
So don't forget to advertise this great community and get more members rolling in!

Chatbox (READ ME)

Ok, so we've had the poll and the chatbox is now up and running, its a fairly simple thing to use.

The chatbox moderators are:

Alex

Lildaani

They are the members who can ban others from the chatbox and kick people from it.

Here is a list of tools you can use, just type what it says in the type box for the chat client. (Only mods can use kick and ban)

Ok, so I have finished coding the new main site. I really like it, it completely matches the forum, loads much faster than the last, and I'm just proud of my work.

If you guys have any ideas for pages on the main site, don't hesitate to suggest them, this is a community site after all.

You can access the board's portal by either visiting thebookshelfportal.webs.com or by clicking the PORTAL link in the "nav bar" located below the forum banner.
