Fortunately, during the chaos, Ron Weasley tripped and, consequentially, tripped someone else, who tripped someone else, until the whole room was full of people on the floor. (Ron being on the bottom and shouting for everyone else to get off of him, of course.)

Unfortunately they didn't get off quite quick enough and Ron got hurt and Molly got mad and started screaming again

And then Molly killed everyone in the room in a berzerker frenzy. Of course, almost everyone but her own family had left the room, so, upon seeing the 8 redheaded corpses, she killed herself.

Fortunately she had been using one of Fred and George's trick wands and thusly all the spells were temporary (yep temporary death, get over it XP) so everyone lived
