My "dog" (quotes because she's more hairy mini mute person than cocker spaniel) is a fat black spoilt snot who has more control over me than is sane. She practically speaks, and is right bossy! She's also 37 lbs. (and like a foot and a half tall give or take). She's a black cocker with pink bows in her ears and a pink collar. I got her for my 7th birthday but she's way more my mom's dog than mine.

I have two cats. One, Kitten, is a tortule-shell and is quite slim and pretty. However, she is the most spoilt, loved cat ever. Seriously. My borhter goes crazy when he see's her.

(Brother: "OHMYGOSH, IT'S KITTEN!!! I LOVE YOU!! YOU TIGER!!")

And Sandy. She's got a thick, greyish brown fur coat, and she's really old. Can I say annoying? She picks a spot, and for a few days, that's the only place you can find her. One week it was right beside the computer, and whenever you stood, you tripped over her. Another week she was in the corner. And she pees/poos all over the place >.<

But I love them both.

My puppy is a purebred yellow lab. She's even got a registered show name!! (not that she can be showed cause she's been fixed too) lol She's 7 now and still acts like she's 7 months. XP Here's a piccy of her...

Elle has a black and white Snowshoe cat named Luna and I have a light brown/ginger Kelpie/Staffie pup named Samantha.

Yet, I am selling my pup to my older brother for a few reasons, the main being that she is just too much trouble for us.

I've a black cat named Noir and a tabby named Tig. Both were strays and I wouldn't give 'em up for anything.

I also have a ferret named Dorian Grey who's attention has plummeted every since Nikko has arrived.

I have three purebred labs. Sheen and Allison are black, while Portia is white.

I have 4 cats a spoiled rotten fat calico, a spoiled rotten orange tiger cat, a prissy little princess brown cat, and a mentally screwy white cat. 3 dogs two 9 year old Bernese Mountain Dogs one of which has severe arthritis in her back legs, and the other is senile and bald (she has an anti-immune thing that killed all her oil glands so all her hair fell out) and then we have a pure bred golden retriever who is determined to kill all the cats, has epilepsy, and a pituitary gland problem that makes her unable to control her bladder. Then I have 4 horses, one is 28 yrs old and has basically no teeth so he has to be fed grain twice a day every day, then a 24 yr old he is head of the heard, then 20 yr old she is second in command and is a brat, and then the last one Devil (the name fits) is around 11 and he's a dork and major trouble.

i have 2 cats

the first one is a 3 year old black cat named Pudge. the name fits. he's humongously fat. 19-ish pounds last time he was weighed. you need two hands to pick that sucker up.

the other one is a kitten named Fish. He's a gray tabby. very wound up most of the time. he actually can't meow so when he tries, he just opens his mouth and closes it like a goldfish, hence the name. he also plays fetch. it's fantastic. i have it on video. i also suspect he doesn't like me much anymore since we got him neutered...

When I talked about my dog I didn't mention any "past pets" the ones who've died so I thought I throw this out there since it's been like four days since anyones posted here and it was stressing my mellow. I've had and kill (not on purpose obviously, that's how serial killers start) like 7 fish, none of whom had names or were very fun. Anyone have a past pet they really liked?

I had a dog that we had to put down when she was 15, i had like 60 fish over time (my favorite being a piranha) um I had 5 horses (sold them) had 2 hamsters, 2 gerbils, 2 rats (i miss them), 1 rabbit, and 27 chickens (raccoons killed 'em. darn raccoons)

Raccoons kill chickens! Wow I never knew that. We don't have them here in Aus, and I never thought they were so vicious.

Ok well I have two houses (divorced parents) so at Dad's we have 2 budgies - Rocky and Smokey, a red siamese fighting fish called Bluey (do they Aussies get the joke?), a tank of tropical fish with an evil angel fish and we did have a dog but she died. Oh and we had a bunny, but he got sent to nan's farm and a fox got him.

At Mum's we have 2 more budgies - Charlie and Lucky, a five year old golden retriver named Jemma, a seven year old ginger cat named Oliver, we had 2 mice, but they died - so we now have a bunny named popcorn. Oh and a fish pond with about 10 or so goldfish in it.

And then I've got 2 ponies - Charlie and Tom, and my horse Cass at my nan's farm.

Wow we have a lot of pets when I list them out...

Lol no probs, just never thought you guys would call them somthing different.

Budgie is Aussie (I think it's only us) for budgerigar.

Oh I have a question pet related: What is the difference between a hampster and a gerbil? You mentioned you had some and I got confused...aren't they the same?
