Re: Puzzles!
Yay I'm not going to have to try and keep figuring it out!
Ok so here's another:
The people who make it don't want it,
The people who buy it don't use it,
And the people who use it don't know it.
What is it?

Re: Puzzles!
Aye. You're correct.
An easy one, then.
A man is sitting in a pub feeling rather poor. He sees the man next to him pull a wad of £50 notes out of his wallet.
He turns to the rich man and says to him,
"I have an amazing talent: I know almost every song that has ever existed."
The rich man laughs.
The poor man says, "I am willing to bet you all the money you have in your wallet that I can sing a genuine song with a lady's name of your choice in it."
The rich man laughs again and says, "OK, how about my daughter's name, Joanna Armstrong-Miller?"
The rich man goes home poor. The poor man goes home rich.
What song did he sing?

Re: Puzzles!
Haha, yeah that's right~!
Okay another one! I'm loving this~!
Follow these steps and see if you can figure this out.
1) Get a brown, cardboard box.
2) Get purple, orange, and turquoise paints.
3) Paint the box orange.
4) Paint on purple spots.
5) Paint on turquoise stripes.
7) Turn it upside down.
Lie on your side.
What is missing from this sequence?

Re: Puzzles!
wow. i had this long rambling answer about all the silly semantics about cardboard boxes and then i realized that you never wrote " 8 ) " before "lie on your side"

Yeah, that's right^^
another easy one~! (addict)
PRSVR Y PRFCT MN, VR KP THS PRCPTS TN
All vowels have been omitted from this phrase. The catch is there's only one vowel.
What's that omitted vowel?
And what does the phrase say?

Re: Puzzles!
This is that biblical one isn't it.....the thing under the 10 commandments?
Yeah...the vowel is the letter 'E'.
The phrase is "persevere ye perfect men, ever keep these precepts ten".
XP Oi the last time I saw this one was when I was dragged to church with my friend after a sleepover. ><

Re: Puzzles!
Holy oh my gosh, I've never heard this before and I've been going to church my whole life. Weirdity
Re: Puzzles!
Well technically I learnt that at the "youth group" thing and there were a bunch of guys trying to stump each other and then the person watching the youth group put that one to us. We sat in groups and worked the stupid thing out so the forced social contact is the only thing that made me remember it ><
Re: Puzzles!
Trick question:
Imagine you're in a sinking rowboat surrounded by sharks. How would you survive?
